The lighter circuit is a prime suspect.. often shorting out due to objects getting in there or liquids... inspect and repair as necessary that area first
Testimonial: "It's not the lighter because I use that to string up an external light to show the panel! You said start there so now where?"

there should be a relay box under the hood you will see the horn relay pull this out
SOURCE: Turning Signal Fuse Keeps Blowing - 1998 Buick Century
one of the bulb holders is no good or wires trapped somewhere that feed indicator lights
SOURCE: 2004 Lesabre. Interior lights keep
have you replace the light if you have make sure it is the same voltage..if thats not it then you could have a short somewhere.
SOURCE: My buick 2003 lesabre keeps blowing the 10 amp.
Thinking of buying a new car? Ha-ha. Not a good idea, fuse blowing for a reason & adding a higher amp fuse could start a fire. How long do they stay on, long enough to see if one is dimmer or brighter than the rest? Might have to do the process of elimination, or to save fuses, pull all the ones out that are easy to get out & try it, if o.k. start replacing one at a time until fuse blow & you find the culprit.

Found the problem, it was a inline fuse behind the dash!
excellent... do you know what that inline fuse was protecting.. was it factory or aftermarket? like for a radio or other add on device or stock in line fuse for circuit normal on vehicle ? thanx for the update ~!
