Location under dash for fuse block for 1997 Buick Park Avenue Ultra, how to get at it?

Owners manual . or someone could tell you .
Rear fuse box ,location under the back seat .

Rear fuse box ,under back seat . Rear Junction Block
In the center right rear of the passenger compartment, under the rear seat cushion
Fuse AUXOTLT 25amp , C/LTR 15amp

it should be located under the dash in the top of the fuse panel and look like this

the fuse panel is either located under the dash on the drivers side,you may have to drop a down an under dash cover to get access to the fuse panel, the other location is some are in the glove box.

The Flaser is located in front seating area, driver side, under dash, driver side of steering column, mounted in lower corner of fuse block.

Application:
01 for Hazard flasher; and,
01 for Turn Signal Flasher.

Most likely a blend door issue inside the dash or a problem with the HVAC Control head.Hope this helps!!

The fuse for the radio is in the fuse box that is under the back seat. The 99' has three fuse boxes and the one for the radio is under the back seat. I had to replace it this summer.

the fuse box you are looking for is under the dash on the passenger side, you will need to remove the plstic kick plate then look up and a little to the right,you might have to remove three screws located along the rear edge of the panel, when you have the cover off in the upper left hand corner of the fuse box you are looking for a fuse that is marked [ SBM ] this fuse is for you interior lights, there should be extra fuses, in the second row second from the bottom and the third row second rfom the top, you'll know their spares if they pull out really easy and have no metal connectors inside the slots you just pulled them out of.

the blower motor is located either under the dash on the passengerside or under the hood on the passengerside
