Did anyone check the blower motor for power and ground ?
Testimonial: "Not yet and I'm trying to do this myself cause everyone wants to charge me an arm and a leg just to even look at it, but any help or guidance will be greatly appreciated it."
To do it yourself, you really need a book. The procedure is to check the blower motor for power and ground, then work your way back to the control on the dash as needed.
Can it be the A/C Heater Blower Motor Resistor? I haven't checked that but I don't know where is located
Yes it could be the resistor, or the relay, or the blower motor, or the control on the dash. Or a wiring problem.

SOURCE: Heater blows out warm air on low but cold air on
Have you checked to see that you have antifreeze up to the proper level. That is always the first thing to check when cold air blows out the heater when you have the heat on.
Good Luck
