4 times so far I parked my car, locked the doors and after a while upon return, I found one or two doors wide open - not only unlocked but wide open! Different locations, only me driving the car, and only one set of keys...so noone plays pranks on me. Sounds spooky but it's true. Does anyone have a clue why this may happen? Thank you

I parked the viper locked the doors with the alarm on. I went to start it and the alarm light is of I have no response to my electronic opener. I cannot open manually with the key. I have tried disconnecting battery, charging battery, reprogramming hand held opener. The thing is sealed and cannot be opened.

This is a common problem on Dodge trucks. The noise is the sound of a small plastic gear that is stripped. The only solution is to replace the lock actuator.

Sounds like the link rod to the latch are jammed in the locked position by something inside the door or it came off. Any way, you have to remove the door panel to get access to it.

Try "clearing the cache" by removing the negative battery cable for a few minutes. Before doing so, be sure you know how to reset the clock and radio codes & presets.
