2009 avenger, ABS and brake lights stay on, cleard codes still came back, had dealer clear codes, still came back. dealer says its a speed sensor,i replace all 4, then he tells me its the brakes i have new breaks put on, now he is telling me its a fuse, i checked all fues's, nope not it AGAIN, now he says its the ABS sending unit or the ABS modutaltor and he said if you replace one better replace both, now they want A NOTHER 1300.00. can ANYONE HELP ME

I would check your speed sensor located on the rear end this is on top of the housing this will throw that code too.

you should have your vehicle scanned with OBDII.(on board diagnostics) . take it to a shop and tell them your engine light is on and they'll hook a computer to it and find out why
