Where do you add power steering fuid

Power steering pump bad. Low fluid level. Rack and pinion going bad.

have you put a different type of power steering fluid?

in some instance, if they put a different type of fluid, the solution bubbles up and makes a whining noise when you use the car.

hi. turn engine on take cap off resovoir keep turning steering wheel from lock to lock periodically checking level in resovoir until air bubbles stop.

Should be in the manual. Check manual under maintenance. How do you know you are low on power steering fluid if you do not know where to add.

your small leak come from where and how you fix this leak .

Turn car off - Remove power steering cap, and turn streering wheel hard right or left and fluid should pour out (cover surroundings with rags.) If so, check your power steering pump.

your belt runs the power steering pump there should be a reservoir with a cap look in that area

thats correct, it does use an electric motor, no more oil or hoses and pumps.it now has modules,sensors, motor and computer to opreate the steering.

The Computer Module(ECM) is located to the left of the steering wheel on the fire wall underneath the dash, you will have to lay on your back look up and to the left of the steering wheel. The (ECM) is a white box with a bunch of wires going out of it.
