Here are some suggestions...
For fault 140 thermostat you may also want to check thermostat wiring connector by t-stat and also DME (disconnect inspect clean)
For fault 185 leakage... try this; The wiring to the Fuel tank leak pump chafes on the L/R inner fender liner and cuts the wire in half or opens the insulation and the wire corrodes. Pull the L/R wheel and then remove the fender liner. You will probably see a spot on the liner where the wire has rubbed. Find the break in the wire and fix it. Reroute the wire so it does not chafe again.
For fault 106 replace the brake light switch under the dash

lay on your back in the drivers side and look up... it should be located just behind the brake pedal... move the brake pedal by hand and you should see the switch move

SOURCE: engine misfire and some times does not start when cold

Replace the Oxygen sensor. All your trouble codes are downstream of the oxygen sensor, and are related to it.

Once you replace the oxygen sensor (replace with a BOSCH sensor!), remove the positive battery cable, step on your brakes for 10 seconds, then reattach the cable. This will clear the codes from your ECM (Electronic Control Module).

SOURCE: My 1995 525i has fault code 12210 O2 sensor

if the 02 sensor is unplugged and you are reading a scan tool from the diagnostic link then of course the 02 reading is wrong
if you are using a volt meter right at the connector thats on the sensor then the 02 will read lean because the heating elements in it are disconnected when you unplug it
check 02 voltage with engine warmed up and 02 sensor connected you will have to pierce insulation with your probe

SOURCE: I replaced my head gasket on my 2000 528i BMW. Now

Good evening Daniel,
Congrats on replacing the head gasket successfully! In regards to your secondary air system. I would first start with the electrical air pump supply located on the passengers side of the engine compartment. You can locate the supply hose (about 1 1/2 inch diameter) at the front of the exhaust manifold. The hose connects to the secondary air valve. Make sure the hose is connected. Also make sure if there is a vacuum supply line to the secondary air valve, that it is not broken/or disconnected. If the hoses are ok and secure, then remove the larger supply hose from the valve when the engine has not been started for 4-5 hrs and make sure you have air flow from the air pump. The pump should be audible and operate for approximately 30seconds to a minute. If you are still having issues after these checks, I can list other possible causes.

Hello: Code 420 normally indicates a catalytic converter is operating below 60% efficiency. You need to take your car to another shop and request a COMPLETE diagnosis not a dart board guess.

Starts and switch of automatically problem code P 1275 if camshaft sensor is pulled out vehicle stays idiling but still revs up slow. Engine light stays on.

P1275 Aging of Oxygen Sensor Ahead of Catalytic Converter (Cylinders 1 - 3) - Below Lower Limit

The diagnosis of "oxygen sensor aging" helps to identify oxygen sensors that exceed emission limits because of aging.
During the diagnosis of oxygen sensor aging, the DME control module monitors the period of the sensor signal. With an old sensor, the duration of the period is too long, i.e. it is more difficult for the sensor to diffuse oxygen into the exhaust gas. Reasons for this could be frequent driving in the lower load range (city driving, short distances, etc.) or a contaminated sensor.

Bottom line - you need to replace that O2 sensor.
hope help.

I have 04 f150 fx4 with the 5.4 my check engine light is on code read o2 sensor repaced same one twice andstill say that the o2 sensor is bad why

O2 Sensor codes rarely mean that the O2 Sensors are defective. Most of the time, the O2 sensors are reporting a problem that is occuring somewhere else in the system. If your are getting a code that says "O2 sensor lean" that means that someting on that side of the engine is causing that side to be running lean. This is usually caused by a vacuum leak, but may also be caused by bad injectors or low fuel pressure. If BOTH sides are reporting lean O2 Sensor codes at the same time, it is something wrong that affects both sides of the engine including vacuum leaks in the main hoses tied into the intake manifold including the PCV hose and the Brake Booster Vacuum hose or the brake booster itself, or the Mass Airflow Sensor. Defective Engine Coolant Temperature sensors can also cause these codes. If the code you are getting is a "O2 Sensor Rich" code, it is caused by something that is making the engine run rich. This could be a sticking injector, a failed Fuel Pressure Regulator, or an O2 Sensor circuit that is shorted to voltage, or a malfunctioning Mass Airflow Sensor.
If you want to save a lot of money and frustration, learn this: Fault codes NEVER tell you what parts to replace. Fault codes only tell you which of the many systems monitored by the computer are operating outside their expected ranges or "Window of Operation". It is up to the person diagnosing the vehicle to test the system that is reporting the malfunction and determine the cause of the failure and repair as necessary.

I have a 96 k1500 chevy truck and have 4 codes that pop up on the check engine light randomly. Codes are ckp A signal intermitent, cmp out of range, idle contol rpm to high, O2 bank 1 sensor 1 insuficent...

O2 sensor cross talk bank to bank irregular, change 02 sensor(s).

Sounds like Idle air control sensor bad, All of your codes interact, I would start with 02 sensor.

I would locate a Tech II and run a diagnosis, eliminate guess work.

98 Cavalier 2.4L engine stumbles at 2000-2500 rpm

Could be a short in the wiring for the O2 sensor.   I currently have the same issue only my car finally threw a code after two days of it acting up.  Code 106.  Changed the MAP sensor and it now throws 108, MAP sensor high voltage circuit.  Ah the joys of cold weather and broke down vehicles.  But I know that you wont always get a code with a short.  Let me know if you fixed the problem.
