Is it coolant or water? If its coolant could be leaking heater core. If it is water chances are its coming out of the heater box because the drain for the water that pours on the cowl under the wipers is clogged and it is pooling up and going into your cabin filter or fresh air intake for the cabin. Take off the wipers and cowl, clean.

Some cars have a tray under the sun roof going from back to front on both sides. Follow that tray and look for the drain holes. They are a little hard to see but use a bright flashlight. You can easily clean out the drains.
Hope this helps.

SOURCE: fluid leaking onto the front passenger side floorboards.

2004 TB 60,000 miles. i was just told that the leaking fluid in my passenger side floorboard was do to a clogged up A/c hose. An A/C works by drying/ removing the moisture from the air inside the vehicle and cooling it. The accumulated fluid is usually evacuated under the vehicle which is what you see when people are stopped at a red light and there is dripping under their car. when a hose is blocked there is a vent that from some reason flows directly into the passenger side floor board. If you can not manually knock loose the block your probably going to have to take it to a mechanic.

SOURCE: Water leaks in the back passenger side of 2007 Equinox.

The spare tire well is pooling water, check there. GM knows about it, but won't say it's a factory defect. Sorry, I'm in the same boat you are. See here: http://ww2.justanswer.com/uploads/Bluegorilla/2008-10-09_134337_08-08-057-001a.pdf

My 2000 ford crown Victoria. Have water on the rear passenger side floor. What could be the problem

Hey Grady..
There are few things that could cause the water intrusion... Is the carpet in the front floorboard wet?.. ..Has it rained recently? This will rule out window seals leaking? Have you opened the trunk and checked to see if water is in the trunk? OK..IF it has not rained, no water in the trunk, AND the front floorboards are wet, then the heater core is leaking...

Grady.. sounds like its either the window seals or the door seals.. check for damaged door seals, cracked window seals..

Wet floorboard 2004 toyota highlander passenger side

Often the floor of the passenger side become wet if the drain pipe of the evaporator is:
- Bent or twisted.
- Clogged or,
- There is any obstruction in its routing.
The drain pipe is a rubber hose about 14 mm in diameter, located just under the evaporator (cooling coil) casing on the passenger side.
The most easiest way to clean the pipe is to take it out, wash it from inside with water or to blow a compressed air slowly through its distal end while leaving it in place under the body.
Note: Keep your eyes away while blowing the air.
Hope that it works.
