u need to re-programme the immobilier chip. u cant buy pass it.

you cannot disable the immobiliser. it is a system mercedes has put into to prevent theft. however, you can bypass the immobiliser (otherwise known as EIS, Electronic Ignition Switch) in order to switch ON the car, but you wont be able to start it.
what you need to do it remove the connector from the back of the EIS module and bridge terminals 15r and terminal 30. i recommend getting a wiring diagram specific to your car to be sure of the terminals.

Good sentence. If you're asking how to disable an immobiliser it's not a matter of just cutting some magical wire, they're designed to stop people from stealing cars. It can take a qualified auto electrician 1-4+ hrs to remove an immobiliser

No. That the whole purpose of it , so that no one can steal it without having the proper key or code to disarm it .

If this immobilizer is a factory system, I don't think you can cut the wire and disable it. I think the computer will recognize it's disconnected and activate automatically.
