When I'm driving, my car, it just shuts off on me, and all power is lost.. But it starts right back up.. I've had an oil change, cooling system flush, wire changed to battery, and it continues to do so.. Any suggestions, it would really help... Thank You..

I had the same issue and it turned out to be grounding issues. by that I mean ALL of my grounds were rusted/loose/ too small wire/ ect.
To curb this issue i had to locate multiple grounding wires on the engine and that little wire running from the ground terminal to the front cross member was heating up because so much current draw through it- after locating grounding wires, Sanding the connections and using petroleum jelly AND replacing the ground terminal and Positive terminal the issue cleared up.
The only reason i knew it was ground issues on my car was finding that one chassis ground wire heating up from just running my car.

After it kills, pull a plug wire and check for spark. If it has spark, check for fuel. I can't remeber where the service port is on the F.I of a Neon but it'll look like a tire air valve cap but a little larger. It''l be on the fuel rail or line somewhere under the hood.
Take the cap off and depress the valve. If fuel doesn't squirt out (not drip), you're losing pressure. Neons were bad about fuel pumps so it MIGHT be this. They run a little over $200 for just the pump. I had a retail unit that kept doing this due to fuel deposits from Ethanol. It kept clogging the "filter" sock in the tank. After it set a while the stuff would sink back to the bottom and the car would start back up.

Solenoid should be just behind the front bumper, hanging off the side of the starter. Try tapping it with a solid object like a hammer or 2x4. Sounds primitive but sometimes that can get it started one last time to get it where it needs to go. Unfortunately if it is the solenoid, you really can't buy them separately anymore. Take it to the shop.

i would recommend buying a Haynes manual, as they have very good diagrams and schematics. If you do not want to buy one, though, you can create an online garage on Autozone.com by registering (which is free) and add your car to the garage to get access to a free manual online. These manuals are kind of hit-or-miss, though, and i have had mixed results with them. But for free, it is worth looking into first.
i hope this helps,
