Check the water pump gasket and timing chain gasket for leaks. You should take it and have a coolant pressure test done to quickly determine the source of your problem.

Engine runs, oil dip stick shows thin yellow liquid, can't fill water resovior What is wrong

Perhaps nothing. If the engine runs perfectly, and the oil dipstick is on the full mark, perhaps you have clean "yellow colored" oil in there. Have a mechanic smell the oil and see if it is oil.
Clean oil can be a light yellow color.
Water reservoir is a whole other system.

Hi ,bought a fuel injector from eBay and I'm not sure it's the right one for my fiat coupe 20 v turbo ,are the injectors for a fiat coupe 20v non turbo the same ?

Turbo and non turbo are not the same...check the serial numbers against one another, if you install one wrong injector you will damage your engine completely!
ask the agents nicely if they can compare before replacement! Good luck cheers Dave

1991 audi I5 20v turbo moisture an oil in intake piping

check for blockages in the air filter system. replace the air filter. The only way that oil can get in to the turbo inlet hose is if the turbo is running in a vacuum and sucking oil fast the turbo seals Unless the turbo bearings are shot.

Cooling System - Fiat Siecento 2002

When checking for a blown head gasket, one of the most common tell-tale signs is a milky-gray ring around your oil cap. When coolant enters the engine oil through a crack in the head or through a blown gasket, it evaportats and leaves a milky ring around the oil cap. Another easy way to tell is to check your oil dipstick. Change your oil and pull out the dipstick. Make sure that you take note of how far up the dipstick the oil is. Top off your cooling system and fill your cooling resevoir to the top. Screw radiator cap back on and start engine. Run engine for about 20-30 mins. or until it reaches normal operating temperature. Allow engine to cool (engine must cool completely to get accurate oil reading!!). Check oil dipstick again. If the oil has a watery appearence and has risen noticibly up the dipstick, the you probably have a blown head gasket or a warped head. Also look for a dripping, sweet-smelling liquid coming out of your tailpipe. Any of the above symptoms could be the result of a blown head gasket. The easiest way to tell is with a compression meter. This replaces the spark plug and lets you know what compression each cylander is running at. If your compression is abnormally low, then you have a blown head gasket or a warped head. (note: consult repair manual for appropriate compression of each cylander.)

Hi i have a 20 passat 20v turbo ,runs good,dont

good likely hood that your oil cooler is leaking oil into coolant this is something you want to replace as soon as possible. you will have to flush your coolant system several times to get as much of the oil out as possible. if you wait you will have severe temp issues as well as not heat due to a clogged heater core. and that is very hard to replace. To flush system hook garden hose to the larger hose of the coolant reservoir get car up to temp. keep idle up a little. get large bucket from the smaller hose that goes into the reservoir hook small hose to it and let it empty into bucket keep hose running thru all the time. before that though replace oil cooler. also replace coolant reservoir as well. or oil will contaminate new coolant. good luck

Oil in coolant only

You might have a blown head gasket that is allowing one of your oil galleries in the engine to mix engine oil with the coolant after the oil pressure gets to a certain point. You might also have a cracked head causing the same type of problem.

Coolant leak at small hose under turbo on 6.0 diesel

Your turbo may be both oil- and water-cooled. If that's the case, you may have a leak at one of the coolant hoses going either to or from the turbo. Important to get it looked into soon - a turbo designed for water and oil cooling, but possibly not getting all the water cooling it's set up for - is probably going to have problems before too long. Turbos spin so fast and get so hot that you don't want to have any compromises in your system.

Car engine heats up

First you need to get the radiator cleaned up and then fill it up with a good quality coolant and not water and for oil leakge you need to get in touch with a mechanic so that he can replace the oil seals, i also have the same problem with the oil leak and i changed the oil seals and its working fine since then.
