You will have to call the dealer and get the code (you will need the VIN or the radio model # and serial #). Since your radio display says off, you will have to leave the radio on with ignition key in the number 1 position until it says code. Then you can put in the code. Hope this helps.
Remove the postive battery from the battery touch it to the negtive for 20 secs and reconnect this will reset all computers to factory settings..

There is a 4 digit security code that needs to be entered into the radio. Look in your owners manual, it may be written in the book or there may be a card in the booklet that has the code. If you find it, enter it once, if it doesn't work, stop, because entering the wrong code will lock up the radio.
