Fail MIL on emission test

There is a problem with the way the engine is burning fuel also the check engine light bulb is out..In otherwords when a car is inspected and put on the analyzer. It runs tests of various systems. In your case KOER means your check engine light is supposed to come on when you crank the car and go off once the car starts. Yours never came on as a check (maybe bulb out ) or intentionally disconnected. Also your care is putting out emissions above the limit.

That means the check engine light is on.

MIL is your malfunction indicator lamp, (check engine light)

CMD is the computer interface port, or OBDII port indicating a malfunction communicating with your cars computer

check all the fuses, primarily any marked pcm and retest your vehicle
note: your check engine or MIL has to be on in KOEO state (key on engine off), if the bulb is burned out everything will still work and the OBDII test computer will show MIL status ON, and if you don't have a computer to tell you that, you must get that light to light in the koeo state.

Have you tried Engine decarbonizing type foam to remove the excess carbon for the engine?

so the mil is commanded on and yet you have no DTCs give an detailed account of the report for best results

could be a fuse or a broken wire

MIL is Malfunction Idicatro Lamp/Light...the Check Eng. light on your vehicle. Go to local Autozone to have them check the light for free and they can tell you what codes appear.

First the fault codes,
U110C is No Fuel Level Bus Message
U0155 is No Cluster Bus Message.
Unfortunatly you have to be able to communicate with the instrument cluster with your scanner to diagnoise and I do not think an aftermarket scanner can do this.
