The first problem was heater fan quit.then air bag light was on then windoes stopped.diagnosed found faulty ignition switch. R&R on switch cured all problems except engine once started with switch in off position engine keeps running.relays ok.if this has a engine managment module.were is it.or maybe Im off base with this.help needed.
Use Diagnostic Unit, you will not find your fault any other way, (ie) fitting parts that you might think will work , is costly.

Sounds like a blower motor problem. Check for obstructions around the squirrel cage, or a broken cage.

i have seen an ignition switch cause exact same problems you are having on 1 of these vehicles..needs to be replaced

Yes they do but I would rather think you have a bad battery cabe connection to the system, sometimes the battery cable corrudes and you can't see it try replacing the cable ends and the connector ends espically if they are by the battery.

Check the starter selenoid, check for corrosion on batt, terminals and inside the cables, tap the starter with a metalic object and try to start the car, if it starts change the starter.
