My oil light flashes while the car is running. I just got an oil change about a week and a half ago....I topped off the oil myself, that didn't work. There are no signs of oil leaking under my car. I noticed the light last came on yesterday while I was driving down a hill, then turned and was driving up a hill.

is it getting noisy... that's usually the first clue... to rule out anything serious have the oil pressure checked.

Are you positive it is the oil light .. If it is then it could be an issue with your oil pump...

Sounds like possiblity of the oil pump being bad, and is setting off other sensors on your car.

Oh, one should make sure that the old rubber gasket didn't get stuck on the engine block where the filter is. Sometimes, people change their own oil and don't look at the old filter they took off, to see if the gasket came off and stuck to the engine block.
In that case, the new filter has a gasket, and the old gasket is stuck to the block, and you have two gaskets stuck together, which will leak.
This is a common mistake to happen on any car.
Good luck on this repair.
