The lights on the ac and defrost buttons constantly flashes, even after resetting the switches by holding the top and bottom wiper buttons. I get a solid row of lights, then I release those two buttons. The lights starts to reset only to have those two lights continue to blink.
SOURCE: radio does not work
ok, there is a high possibiltiy u have a loose connection.
When it disconnects, it causes the time to go to 12:00
The power supplying ur radio is intermittent. You may have bounced on something while u was driving which caused the loose connection.
You may wanna have a look at the connections at the back of the radio and make sure the power is connected correctly
Hope this helps
Cheers
SOURCE: flashing lights
Hi, had the same problem today. Solution: Start engine, blower on max, air direction to cabin, press rear wiper and rear wash buttons simulanteously for 5 seconds (all lights now on steady). Calibration test starts and lights flsh alternately. After first test, AC and recurculation lights flash for the cool down test. If all test pass then rear wiper light blinks slowly (press to exit self test). If AC and recurculation test fails then just 2 lights stay on. To repeat this part of the test press just AC and rear wash simulanteously ( may take several attempts and usually best when engine is cold). Again exit by pressing the rear wiper button once it is the only one flashing (slow blink).
This does work but it took me 15 minutes to finally switch them off!!!

You need to run it though cool down test. I'll look it up and repost.

This can be caused by your trunk lid not being all the way shut . But the most times this has happened to me the separator panel that lifts out toward you and latches to separate top from trunk space is not lifted into the latched position.. very frustrating till i figured it out. Hope this helps helps.
