Only one thing can cause this, the pin that locks the transmission when shifted to park position is broken/sheared off, the bottom pan of the transmission must be removed and the broken park pin (referred to as the Park Pawl pin) replaced
unplug the brake fluid line from the caliper than squeeze the cylinders open then insert your new brakes into the clips then add more fluid and bleed the lines connecting them back to the brake caliper
check the contacts on the rear hatch they are on bottom panel and the bottom of hatch these make contact for rear lights when hatch is closed you are looking for dirty wet contacts or pins stuck in on hatch contacts also the contacts block on bottom panel is sometimes o/heated thro arcing and eventually plastic plug that plugs to this block burns and creates a short circuit whick will blow fuses as you mention remove this block and examine it is more likely your problem ? hope this helps?
