You need the owners manual for your vehicle, FORD does not print what fuse goes to whatever on the fuse block, the manual tells the circuit and values.
There's one in your Owner's Manual. You can also copy one from another person's Owner's Manual. Very little changes on the VW Beeteles from one year to the next. I can send you a copy of a 1998 fuse diagram if you can provide a valid email address (e.g. yahoo.com, gmail. com, etc.).
you have to refer to the owner's manual. that is where they list the fuse/relay locations. if not there, you may need to refer to the diesel supplement book. but i think it will be in the owners manual. i have a 2002 f250 and that's where mine are.
