Yes...usually on one of the fenders...just follow horn wire back...these systems are nowhere as complex as the ones we use now.

Check the turn indicator switch it is the one under the steering wheel sometimes it shorts out ...

The horn relay is inside a fuse box under the hood (drivers side). There should be 5 relays. The horn will probably be mounted near the frame (under the engine).

94 was a new model freshening and I have 94. may be similar.

Horn Relay and fuse is in fuse box in engine compartment, driver side in front of strut tower.

Horn System The horn system includes:
  • Dual horns (13832) (one high pitched, one low pitched).
  • Horn blow switch (13A875) which grounds the horn relay, which energizes the horns .
