SOURCE: 2004 Lincoln LS A/C Valve

In order to charge, you must locate the low pressure valve to install the refrigerant. The low pressure valve is between the compressor and the evaporator. Do not charge on the High Pressure side, The high pressure valve is between the compressor and the condenser. To locate the low pressure valve, follow the line that comes from the compressor and routes toward the firewall. The valve will be somewhere on that line. Do not overcharge. The amount of pressure that is needed on the low pressure side will depend on the ambient outside temperature.

SOURCE: 2004 lincoln ls,v6,no codes,no power when

Did you check fuel pressure? Fuel filter fairly new? Air filter clean and all duct work tight? Battery voltage good when engine is running? Check Throttle Position Sensor for codes and values. Also Ignition coils go bad on these ,as often as you change your socks. TPS is avail on line and auto parts store. You do not have to go to dealer or change entire throttle body, just the sensor,if bad.

You will need a new TPS Sensor,Egr Valve, Ignition Coil or two and a Transmission Solenoid Pack, pretty soon. I have a 2004 V8 L/S. Tough car to troubleshoot and a never ending saga,as is most Fords.

Your issues can not be answered easily or definitively, as the LS is very complex and all electronic.
I would need the stored codes, that set the check light (MIL Light)
You can cycle the right dash display to ACFilter and Reset, with the top row of buttons,in center of dash. There is no sensor on the Cabin Filter. All the dash displays, are just reminders, you can set any way you want, % wise.

Possible issues--Fuses
-- Coolant control valve
--DATC module

You will need a really good Technician, not a general mechanic, to diagnose your problem
You need to put a professional scanner on it, to start any diagnostic work

2006 Lincoln ls when starting in cold weather, engine shakes, gas pedal won't give it anymore gas,is it normal for gas pedal not giving more gas while warming up?

No not at all , your vehicle has electronic throttle control . There is no cable connecting the gas pedal to the throttle plate. This system is all computer controlled .With all the sensors on the vehicle an the computer you need special tools to diagnose the system . Your best bet is to take it to a ASE certified repair shop or the dealer .

I was driving my 2000 Lincoln LS and all of a sudden I lost acceleration. The car would not move with my foot on the gas pedal. I came to a dead stop. I turned the car off and could start it. But, it...

Flow valve in the transmission is sticking most likely.this is usually caused by some other failure creating metal particals that should not be in the system.Good luck!

I have a 95 Lincoln Continetal and I can't push the gas peddle down without force. When i pull the cable from the engine the peddle moves fine. Also when I try to move the throttle it will not move.

Hi if the cable is moving freely than it will be either the throttle body jammed or the throttle pedal has ceased, also check nothing has got jammed behind or above the pedal, hope this helps
