Check all fuses look in owners manual for fuse compartment locations Any wires that were cut behind radio need to be repaired If installing an aftermarket radio you should purchase a radio connector adapter @ wal-mart or just about any auto parts store

SOURCE: 2002 honda crv air filter change

Hi!

Can you specify if you are referring to the engine intake air filter or the cabin air filter?
If you are referencing the cabin air filter, the attached youtube video should help.

I originally created the video for the Odyssey, but found out after looking at my dad's CRV that it is essentially the same procedure as the Odyssey, and have also noticed that the same stands true for most Honda vehicles built between 2005 and 2009.

Happy motoring!

I have a Honda crv 2000 it starts gears shift but won't move

If an automatic, check your fluid level. Then check the lower gear selector solenoid pair, It is easy to remove and clean. Front right passengers side of automatic tranny, 96 to 2002 Civics and Accords and CRV. Whack it on its face a few times and blow it out with a compressor. Use a pencil and a rag to keep from losing all your fluid when you take it off. Check the sound of the click with a 12 volt battery. Sometimes the solenoids get stuck if the fluid gets varnished or if it sits too long. The upper solenoid pair is not so touchy. Bottom solenoid will sometimes prevent starting out in first and will go straight to 2nd or 3rd from start. Also some creep in neutral.

Drove to store friend started to put radio in and it fried radio . started car and wont go into gear

Ouch just hope friend didn't fry your trans. controller on accident. try disconnecting the battery for 5 mins then hook it back up and see if it reset the computer. A used trans. controller is in between $100-200 and is possible to replace yourself without too much hassle. good luck hope this helps.

Honda CRV won't to go into gear

If an automatic, put your foot on the brake first of course. If it won;t go into gear although in drive, check the lower gear selector solenoid pair, It is easy to remove and clean. It is under a metal cap with 3 10mm bolts. 98 honda crv wil start if jump started and then later won't start

Your battery is not fully charged and may not be accepting a full charge. Remove your battery and put it on a charger overnight. Take the battery to a parts store and have them hook it up. They will then be able to tell if it is taking a full charge or not. If this is a new battery it will take a full charge but it is still getting drained by something such as a radio not shutting off automatically, if you have that option.

Honda crv 2002 wont start

Either your battery cables are loose, or dirty, or you forgot to turn something off, and your battery is dead.
