I have a 2002 Yukon Denali. The other day I went to unlock it with the remote and it didn't work. I opened the door manually to find that the truck had no power whatsoever. No lights, door locks, nothing. When I tried to start it up I got nothing; not even the clicking sound of a dead battery. I tried to get a jump and the truck still wouldn't start. I left it till the next day and when I went to start it, it started up like nothing ever happened. The only thing was that the clock/calendar was reset. Now I have been noticing at times when I start the vehicle that the clock/calender has reset. This leads me to believe that the truck is losing its connection to the battery intermittently. But I have no way to check this or see if is a bigger issue.

That sounds like the most plausible solution. I will check the connectors and terminals out later on today.
Thanks for your help.
It turned out to be loose battery connections. Especially the ground (-) connector. Thanks again.
