Have fire to plugs, have great compression, will run only if you spray fuel into intake hose.has new fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, new injectors, new tps,new aic,new map sensor, new maf sensor, new crank sensor, new oil/fuel switch on filter.any ideas? Thank you.BOB
Fuel pump relay? Can you hear the fuel pump kick in when you turn the key to the on position?Fuel pump relay? Can you hear the fuel pump kick in when you turn the key to the on position?

Check your fuel pressure it should be 35 psi .fuel pump relays dont go out but check all fuses with test light there is a fuel injector fuse but most likely problem is your fuel pump!
also check injector resistance it should be 4.2 ohms per side at the main connector to the fuel injectors if a bad injector it will shut off the quad driver in the computer which there will be no pulse please let me know what you find!

Is fuel getting tho the cylinders? Remove the fuel line at the intake manifold, put the hose in a container, try starting see how much and how fast is the fuel coming out. If normal, fuel is not the issue. If not check the fuel filter and lines. Is it getting enough air to start? Remove the air intake hose, see if it starts, if it does the air filter is most likely severely clogged.
Could be a relay or other electrical issue. You say it has fuel pressure and spark, if that were true it should run. So it either does not have enough spark to fire the plugs under compression, or not enough fuel pressure going thru the injectors, or not at the right time. You might want to check for trouble codes in the computer. There has to be something missing from the equation when it won't start. You may have to check all of the plugs for fire and try some carb cleaner sprayed into the intake to boost fuel supply to find the issue.
If you have spark at the right time, compression, and fuel, you should have combustion. Was it running before you had the work done ? Is it possible the distributor timing is off ? You know for sure the plugs are firing, not just the coil ? And the accel pump in the carb is spraying gas ? And the choke is closed ? A major vac leak like the PCV valve hose or intake gasket could keep it from starting.
it needs more than spark to run! You need compression and fuel too.Try spraying some throttle body cleaner down the intake while someone cronks it.If it runs on the spray, check the fuel sytem(maybe a bad fuel pump, pump relay, blown injector fuse, etc)
Sounds like it could be. (without checking to see if you have a "pulse" at the injectors) You can usully hear a difference in the way it turns over with a cam belt issue.
1st-Check Fuel(disconnect intake hose and spray carb cleaner or light fluid in the throttle body). reconnect and try starting. Check and listen to make sure the pump is priming itself when the key is switched on.
2nd-Check Fire(spark). Make sure that spark is getting to the plugs
3rd-Check Air(compression)
Does it stay running after you spray it or just die out ? If it stays running it sounds like time for a tune up. If it just dies out you may need a fuel filter replacement or a fuel pump replacement.
Try using a throttle body cleaner, spray it in the intake, behind the butterfly and all that carbon will run out. You say the fuel pump don't seem to be working. Have you checked the relay. On the other hand can you hear the pump come on by listening at the gas tank neck. Have someone to turn the switch to ON position (not Start) and you listen to hear for the pump to kick on.Another way to check is to take the fuel filter inlet hose loose from the filter and turn the switch on and gas should be pumped out. If it does not, the pump is gone.
yes the pump checked out geat
