1989 Toyota Camery 4 door 4 cylinder. Windows wont go down (window lock is not on) and the drivers side auto seat belt doesnt work(passenger side works) I dont have a fuse diagram. I used to be able to wiggle the wire that is attached to the windows buttons down to the sensor on bottom of the seat and everything would work again , but not anymore.
Its time to stop being afraid of the unknown. there is no doubt that you will need to remove the inner door panel to access the electrical modules behind the buttons. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p2_f7NkjH8E hope this helps.
SOURCE: 1996 camery radio blew a fuse.location of fuse box and no.
There are 2 fuses that control the radio.
check the 20 amp DOME fuse and the 15 amp CIG/Radio fuses, in the fusebox under the dashboard.
SOURCE: ignition switch or ignition cylinder??
Remove the cylinder bench test to see if it turns un obstructed, if so check orientation of cam on cylinder and also check if ignition switch will allow you to turn using screwdriver Do not operate car using screw driver steering can and will lock up on you.
also try a different key. While you bench test cylinder you can clean and lube it using lube sold specifically for locks do not use just any oil it will trap dirt

May need a tune- up, you know plugs and wires.
SOURCE: Leaking oil from the crankshaft seal on a 2001
Ok you have to disassemble the front of the engine, remove time belt, remove crankshaft sprocket, I warn you in these engines often is the oil leak by the seal of the oil pump, so I recommend you change the seal the pump and the camshaft and thus warrant you. Thanks good luck comments
