My electric windows and automatic seat belt do not work

1989 Toyota Camery 4 door 4 cylinder. Windows wont go down (window lock is not on) and the drivers side auto seat belt doesnt work(passenger side works) I dont have a fuse diagram. I used to be able to wiggle the wire that is attached to the windows buttons down to the sensor on bottom of the seat and everything would work again , but not anymore.

Its time to stop being afraid of the unknown. there is no doubt that you will need to remove the inner door panel to access the electrical modules behind the buttons. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p2_f7NkjH8E hope this helps.

There are 2 fuses that control the radio.

check the 20 amp DOME fuse and the 15 amp CIG/Radio fuses, in the fusebox under the dashboard.

SOURCE: ignition switch or ignition cylinder??

Remove the cylinder bench test to see if it turns un obstructed, if so check orientation of cam on cylinder and also check if ignition switch will allow you to turn using screwdriver Do not operate car using screw driver steering can and will lock up on you.
also try a different key. While you bench test cylinder you can clean and lube it using lube sold specifically for locks do not use just any oil it will trap dirt

SOURCE: Leaking oil from the crankshaft seal on a 2001

Ok you have to disassemble the front of the engine, remove time belt, remove crankshaft sprocket, I warn you in these engines often is the oil leak by the seal of the oil pump, so I recommend you change the seal the pump and the camshaft and thus warrant you. Thanks good luck comments

Windows wont roll down and central locking doesnt work

Sounds as if you have a bad switch (you say it felt funny) and these get so much use they do fail. Salvage yard may have this, or check with a parts store. Dealer will be expensive.

1994 toyota 4 runner electric windows will stop working wont roll up or down then sometimes work again. the electric locks also aree not working properly if i push the driver door lock it unlocks al

It is a common problem that may be quickly remedied. Try this....spray your door hinges with a good penetrating oil...then work them back nd forth as to open and close. You are possibly losing ground. Also check to be sure you have a good ground from the body to engine.Hope this helps

Toyota prado side windows code

if the parado has automatic windows and they are not working from the driver's seat then wind down windows from each door and then pull them back up and keep the button pulled up for a few secs, this will reset the controls and the windows would start working from Drivers door, this has to be repeated number of time for each door

1989 nissan maxima electriw windows and power seat belts stopped working . is there a relay for tis? Where is it located?

behind the driver side door panels, there will be a amplifier for the windows, in some cases, like mine, it only affects 1 window. get a new one. nissan uses the same one for alot of different cars so its easy to find. dont let a mechanic tell you its the window regulator. nissans are known for this problem. for the seat belts, replace the motor, they are cheap and an easy fix.

1989 to 1990 Powered door conversion

about the only advice i can give is that i did the same thing with a 94 probe base and a 94 gt. i had to take the whole wiring harness out of the gt and put it in the base. It starts from the inside fuse block, goes to both doors, under the front seats, all the way to the fuel pump, abs, tail lights, and pretty much everything from the dash to the rear of the car. If you can get a whole harness, it should work.

Powered windows not working

It is not a fuse it is a circuit breaker, all data shows it as located near JB1 which is the Junction Box/Fuse Box located on the drivers side interior of the car. Left Kick Panel.
30AMP Circuit Breaker
There shows to be 2 breakers there, one for the seat belts and the other for PWR Windows, and Door Locks
