Check coolant level in overflow bottle and the radiator first.
check to see if temp blend door is rotating back and forth. Rotate temp knob while watching the motor that operates the blend door under the dash.
check to see if both heater hoses are hot where they go into the cowl in the engine compartment into the heater core. If not hot, check temp gauge to see if it reads nomal, if not replace thermostat.

There is a fuse box inside the car to the left of the steering column. fuse 228 10 amp and fuse 208 40 amp. Check power to the blower motor connector. Check for water in blower. I have seen water get into blower motor and short out. Good luck I hope this helps.

this problem is caused by a part called the "temperature control blend door actuater motor" this litttle motor drive moves the door that diverts air over the heater core or AC evaporator core, when it fails it almost alwys fails in the AC only position, u will need to have the motor drive replaced
