Usually on the back of the cover for the fuse compartment, there is a discription of what each fuse is for,and what location. When you find the one for windshield wipers, it will probably abbreviated, hold cover up to fuse compartment, and compare it to the fuse. There is also a fuse compartment under the hood.If the fuse is good, then either a bad ground, bad motor, or switch.

Usually on the inside of the fuse cover they will list what fuse goes to which device, look for the fuse on the cover labeled winshield wipers, if the fuse is blown the metal contact inside will be broken, If the fuse is good try checking the wiper motor relay wich is usually located under the hood in a distrbution box labeled realys, an easy way to check it is to switch it with another relay, if both fuse and relay are good then its possible your wiper motor is bad.

Windshield wipers and Washer Reservoir dont work

Check your fuses Instead of wasting time searching for the exact location, remove each fuse 1 by 1, and replacing them as you go so you don't mix them up. If you have any blown fuses, you will find it in under 30 seconds. If you don't know the difference between a good vs blown fuse, ill post a picture to help you identify.

How do i fix nonstop windshield wipers on a 98 ford mustang?

In the instrument panel fuse box , fuse # 2 30 amp. is power for the wiper control module . Pulling that fuse will or should turn them off . Your wiper / washers are controlled by a electronic control module , if i were to guess ,i would say that was bad. But that is just a guess , without testing don't know for sure . Also there is a switch inside the wiper motor that allows parking operations of the wipers .
