Carefully check the area near the alternator belt, in front of a plastic cover of timing belt. The Crankshaft Position Sensor wires are routed through this area. The wires may be damaged here. Repair and delete the codes.

How many crankshaft sensors are there on a Cadillac CTS 2007?

One crank sensor. It needs to go on a scanner. Both sensors are probably OK. Your problem is most likely the timing chains or guides. If ti were the crank sensor, it wouldn't start. Cam sensor would throw a cam code. Correlation means the crank and cam are not in sync. If you have VVT, it could be the actuator.

I have a 2004 Chrysler Concorde LXI 2.7 Eng. Got Check Engine light twice with PO344 code (Cam Shaft). Dealer could not find problem and reset computer twice. Now I am getting error codes PO700 and...

check flexplate,i had a vehicle w/ 2.7 that would throw similar codes(cyl miss code that would change to"cam counter" then weird tranny codes and back)changed cntroll box on trans, coils, cam sensor .ended up being a cracked flexplate that shifted enough it was screwing with crankshaft sensor.the sbec(brain box) was going nuts trying to figure out why cam/crank signals didnt jive so it was basically"guessing" why.its a mechanical failure causing good sensors to read bad,if the codes come back or throw diffrent ones after reset look at non computer causes, dealer should know better.

Toyota hilux 3.0 D4D hard starting showing crankshaft position sensor circuit malfunction code P0335.how do i solve this...?

Check the connection to crank sensor, if wiring is good and connection is clean then replace the crank sensor and reset the code, this is the first step, the computer could be a problem also but most times its the crankshaft sensor. good day

If the crank shaft sensor is bad what coul be the problem

If the crankshaft sensor is bad then it needs replaced. I just replaced mine about 8 months ago. It cost around $20 and took me 15 minutes or so. Some vehicles will throw a bad crankshaft sensor code when it could be one or two other problems. Rule all those out before you buy any needless parts. Auto zone is a great place to go for having your codes read.
