Sounds like the door latch is stuck or broken.
There is a gear in the side of the latch that turns when it hits the striker bolt on the door frame.
You can try taking a screwdriver and pushing on the gear to see if it will move. You can look at one of the other doors to see how it is supposed to work.

You need to at the very least charge the battery, and worst case, yo need to replace it-a digital voltage meter (they cost $15) can be used to measure voltage, it needs to be at least 12.4 volts, engine off. If it is lower, get someone to remove it, and take it to a commercial auto parts store who will charge it for free, so that they can load test it to see if it is viable.

That vehicle had a lot of problems with the PCM "Power Control Module" and that may be your problem.

If the passkey is messed up, there will be a light on the dash that says security, or have a picture of a car with a lock thru it. If there is no light when the key is turned forward, then its NOT a passkey problem.

It is probably the body control module. It thinks you left the lights on or door open with key in ignition.
