Per your description, I would lift the front end and check the wheel bearing end-play. You should not have any play in the bearing.
Next check the play in the drive axles, you could have a trunnion bearing failing.
If it is noisy on a left turn, the right side is more than likely bad and the other way around.

Sounds like your hub assembly is needing to be replaced. You shouldn't be doing over 100mph on the street/highway. One it's just plain dangerous and two you could loose control and kill yourself or somebody else. If you want to do over 100mph, take it to the dragstrip or somewhere that it's safe to do so in a controlled environment.
