On my 1998 Deville its located in the trunk. the panel thats is butted up to the back of the rear seat. look for some black nuts around the top of rim of the trunk, they are about 1'' long, these have to be removed first... good luck.....

With the trunck open, if you look to the back, there is a panel that covers the rear of the back seat. the black plastic nuts are located under the rear deck where the speakers are, they will be just inside of the trunk lip. after you remove these (about 5 or 6 nuts) the deck panel will drop down and the rear panel will now come out with it. you will see the fuse panels at the back of the seat. if this is not clear enough for you Auto Zone will be happy to help you with this...

maybe there is a leak in the system and the pump is constantly trying to compensate. if the vehicle sits for a day or so, will the suspension sag in a certain spot? maybe a leveling sensor. may have to be diagnosed with scan tool
