1998 Dodge Stratus - Radio not working.

My 1998 Dodge Stratus is having stereo issues and the light by the license plate us also not working. I have checked and replaced the fuses and they are still not working. I do not have any problems with anything else in the car - Is there something else I should be looking at besides a fuse? Thanks for your help.

Make sure with a digital volt meter there is at least .05 volt on that lead wire to knock sensor. Then make sure the knock sensor is grounded to it's mount.

I had the same problem and after several test I figured out that the problem is internal to the radio.
I bought a used one on ebay for about $50 and now everything is OK.

SOURCE: license's plate light stopped working even with new bulb.

It wouldn't be a fuse if that's the only light that's not working, I believe all of the parking lights are on the same fuse. It's most likely a bad ground or corrosion inside the socket where the bulb makes the electrical connection. So check the socket to make sure it has no corrosion, if it does, clean it up and apply some dielectric grease (available at any parts store) to prevent future corrosion, and check for a loose or broken ground wire.

SOURCE: License plate lights do not work.

The licence plate lights are in the same line as your tail light wiring assembly. I assume your tail lights are working or you would have got a ticket for that. The wire is either cut, broken or unhooked from the tail light wires (which usually are brown). If you can not find the problem, you can always run a new wire to the tail light wire from your licence plate wire. Then they should work.
Your other problem is that the license plate ground is rusty & not grounding, which would also not let them work, so you should probably check that first. Rick

Yeah I'm looking for the other end of license plate to plug into because it came unplugged and I can't find where the plugs into the harness on a 2006 Dodge Stratus if you find where it plugs in

What do you mean "other end of license plate". The license plate doesn't plug into anything....it is mounted with bolts or screws to the bumper.

How do i remove the 2004 dodge stratus stereo?

you have to remove the trim plate which has clips holding it in.A plastic trim removal tool available at auto stores works best,as prying with a flat blade screwdriver will damage the dash.Once that is removed, the 4 bolts holding in the radio can be removed.Pull the stereo forward and the antenna plug, and the speaker connector and the power connector have to be unplugged by pressing in the clips.

My license plate light is out. I would like to know if the license plate light has its own fuse.

No the power to the plate light is the same circuit that powers the parking lights.
