You will have to tear it back down where you can get to timing belt and all pulleys.

REMOVAL and INSTALLATION
See Figures 1, 2 and 3
Timing belts must always be handled carefully and kept completely free of dirt, grease, fluids and lubricants. This includes any accidental contact from spillage, fingerprints, rags, etc. These same precautions apply to the pulleys and contact surfaces on which the belt rides. The belt must never be crimped, twisted or bent. Never use tools to pry or wedge the belt into place. Such actions will damage the structure of the belt and possibly cause breakage.
It is not necessary to loosen the crankshaft timing belt pulley bolt at the center.
After the timing belt is removed, never turn the camshaft or crankshaft independently. If turned, interference may occur among the pistons, and valves and parts related to the pistons and valves may be damaged.
To install:
Be sure that plate movement is installed in the proper direction that causes the same directional movement of the tensioner inner race. If no movement between the plate and inner race occurs remove the tensioner and plate again and reinsert the plate lug into the tensioner hole.
As a final check, confirm that both sets of timing marks are aligned properly.
Testimonial: "Thanks for every thing but I did this and I still can't get fire is their some the else I could be doing wrong or that may be tore up or any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated."

SOURCE: 95 Geo metro will not crank no fire
take your timing cover off have a friend look to see if the belt is moving while you crank the engine i would say that the belt is broken

SOURCE: How do you fix a sagging headliner in a 1995 Geo
These headliners are glued to the inside of the roof. There are four huge ribbons of hard glue down almost the full length. It will tear off part of the headliner like opening a carboard box (because it is cardboard). You have to try not to bend up the headliner getting it off. The edges are glued under the door seals. Typically the seals aren't glued though, they just pull down. Those plastic plugs need more of an even pressure to pull out without damage; you might be better off with some school scissors rather than a single screwdriver, or you may find a tool at the partshouse for $5 or less. You can find plugs like that at Lowes if they're damaged, but typically just black or white only. Really you might want to shop around first. Someone around here used to advertise $50. That would be well worth skipping this kind of wrinkled, gluey hell.

I would start with is there spark at the plug, if yes is it weak or strong spark. If all good check fuel if no spark check coil then ignition module.
