Behind the hub on the backside is a slot on the bottom putting a screw driver in and working in and up and down motion will turn the little wheel that adjust the breaks. turning the wheel down will loosen the breaks so that they will not grab the hub hope this helps and thanks for using fixya!!!
Look at drum after taking wheel off, you will see 2 bolt holes across from oneanother by the studs for the wheel ,you need the correct metric thread on a short bolt, thread bolt into hole and notice drum being pulled off be sure you have correct thread and it should thread easily by hand, then turn with wrench alternating from the first hole to the other being careful to make sure the drum comes off evenly, mine came off very easily with minimal pressure
