Driver side door stuck shut..will not open

door has to be open because need remove doors lower panel clips.

it sounds like your lock actuator inside the door is bad

lock acculator needs replacimg

assuming you don't have power door locks then your problem is either a seizing tumbler or bent rod

either case you have to strip the interior door skin to diagnose

gently tug the passanger side door handle from the inside (with out opening the door) than try the key fob

Either it has rusted up or the mechcanisim has been bent,take door panel off check it out if rusted use some wd40 work lock untill it moves.

Take it to the Honda dealer, they will fix it for free, known problem and under factory warrenty.

You will need to use a Pair of Vice Grips on the Lever While Opening the Door with the Handle at the Same time. It should Pop Right Back into Place.

sounds like the rods are disconnected the clips hold the rods in place the latching mechanism holds the handle in place as well did you replace the speakers or did a shop? if a shop did then they caused this if you did then you may have caused this either way untill you reattach the rods none of it will work. you will have to manually open the door at the latch from inside teh door behind the panel.
