There should be an access door on headliner.if not, you'll have to remove, lower headliner...I would start at the fuse panel and make sure the fuse is ok

Fuel Pump may have seized mechanically or failed
electrically

The Idle Air Solenoid ,if you have one may need to
be cleaned or replaced

Still need to check the entire car from the most basic
things to the ones requiring professional tools

You have to actually look for problems

The EGR Valve or associated items may be failing

I would be willing to bet the front O2 Sensors have 100,000
miles & never been changed

How about the gas filter,changed every 3 years

Spark plugs every 3 years

Battery about to die

Bad COP Ignition Coils spiking the pcm & put it down

Any Check Lights on the dash?

cylinder 4 is the rear most cylinder on the drivers side.fords numbering is drivers side front to back1-2-3-4 and passenger side 5-6-7-8.

Just get a piece of the rotting fuel line so that you will be assured of getting the right size. Take it to a shop that sells car accessories, and ask them for enough to do your car. Also get new clamps. Start at the fuel tank, undo the clamp, pull off the old hose , put on the new one, do up the new clamp, and then just follow the old hose along, replacing it with the new one as you go. At the far end. do the same... undo the old clamp, put the new hose and clamp on. But I forgot to tell you about the fuel filter. Replace this while you are doing this job.

Another 4.6 out of a '94 Grand Marquis. If you can. That way all the sensors will be correct and the wiring harness will plug-and-play. You can install almost any 4.6 but, depending on the year, there's going to be a lot of issues making them work with the electronics in your '94 Marquis.

take the door card off see if ther is power to the window motor wen u press the switch, if not my be the switch , if the is window cud be stuck or motor my have had it good luck .

yes its called a fuel line dissconnect tool you can get them at any parts store for around ten bucks

filter is on the passenger side of the motor just behind and below the power steering pump if you look at the motor from that side you will see it
