Sounds like you have a bad fuel pump module. Here's some steps to make sure.
1st you want to turn your key to the on position without starting the car and listen for the fuel pump to come on. It sounds like a small electric motor with a whine in the rear of the car.
2nd you need to check the fuel pressure under the hood on the engine. Located on the fuel rail is a small valve that looks like a air fill valve for a tire. If you have access to a guage you can check it yourself. If not then you can spray starting fluid or carb cleaner into the air intake ( after the air filter) and the engine should start. You may have done this step already to find the no fuel scenario. If the motor starts then either your fuel pump is not getting the voltage to turn on (fuel pump relay in this case) or your fuel pump is bad. This would be the most likely case and unfortunately the more expensive culprit.

Hello,
to get to the thermostat, remove
the top radiator hose from the thermostat cover by removing the band
clamp that holds it onto the cover. Slide the clamp down the hose, then
pull the hose off the cover.
Remove
the 10mm bolts that hold the thermostat cover on the intake of the
Concorde and pull the thermostat cover off the engine. Inspect the cover
for any cracks around the housing and around the bolt hole tabs. If you
notice any cracks, a new cover should be used.
The lip that the thermostat sits on will be below the level of the radiator fluid
I hope this helps.
