SOURCE: My Silverado front end wobbles at any speed, not affected braking

Couple of checks , mud in front rims will give you a wobble. Front tire cord seperation or loose wheel nuts. , Wore out tie rod end, front wheel bearing play, or a weight has fallen off the rim and it needs balancing. If it is vibrating your steering wheel, have the front end looked at right away.

SOURCE: wobble when accelerating

U NEED TO HAVE THE CV JOINTS CHECKED FOR EXCESSIVE WEAR, ALSO ROTATE THE TIRES AND SEE IF THAT HELPS, A SEPERATED TIRE CORD CAN CAUSE THIS WALLOW.

When putting on the brakes beginning when my car is running 30mph or more the car starts to wobble until getting below 30mph

As your description of the symptom is rather vague it would be a good idea to ask an experienced person to take a drive prior to examining the underside and checking for wear, etc. in the steering, suspension and braking system.

The faults that could cause the car to wobble are many and various from a bad tyre mix through worn shock absorbers to semi-seized brake calipers.

The most common fault relating to brakes is caused by the bad fitting of brake rotors that after several thousand miles become unevenly worn so when applying the brake a judder can be felt; through the brake pedal, through the steering and sometimes through the seat (depending on which brake(s) and how many are affected). After 45 years repairing vehicles I have never known the fault to cause the vehicle to wobble.

When driving around at any speed on highway my car feels like gliding It feels like I'm going to lose control and sometimes when I brake coming down hill the front end shakes violently. then will stop

This is an indication of a strut issue. The shocks dampen the spring in the strut assembly. IF you have loose fastening components or bushings or a bad shock in the strut you can get a violent shudder when you apply brakes on a down hill direction.

Front wheel feels like it's wobbling when braking

I had that same problem on my Toyota pickup once and replace the wheel. No more problem. Wheel must have had a certain warp to it. Normally though, this wobble you feel would be a burnt spot in a rotor. But you've replaced that.

Pulsating Brakes

The most common cause of brake pulse is wheel bearings, because the rotor wobbles.
The way to tell is that you will also feel it through the steering wheel, when not applying brakes.
If the rotor wobbles, it will also make the brakes spongey, because the wobble will cause some piston retraction, causing a longer throw when applying.
It is usually the fronts that go bad before the back. And one side before the other, often because a bad seal allowed water in. But you can tell by jacking up and feeling for play.

If not a wheel bearing, then I would consider ABS problem, or the rotor was installed wrong.

THUMPING AND PULSING WHEN BRAKING. WE HAVE CHECKED ALL BRAKES , ROTORS, CALIPERS. WHAT ELSE CAN IT BE. I AM A WOMAN, SO MY EXPLANATION IS THAT IT HAS A BUMPING THUMPING VIBRATION.

on a clear road try gently applying the E brake, see if that produces the feeling, I would say either a rotor is warped (wobbled from side to side due to heat disatortion) or a drum. It is not easy to see these faults, with a wheel off you need to turn the rotor and look for the wobble, it only takes a wobble of 1/16 or 2mm to make the brake pedal pulse. This is a large safety issue as your brakes will be impaired.
