Smoking out the tailpipe is usually caused by worn rings, or really worn valve guide seals. (if it is an oil smoke) If it is a black smoke, it is running too rich, maybe an injector leaking or stuck open.

that wood be time to change the wires and the Plug,s And don,t for get to replace the Egr Value too change the Oil too To much gas in the Oil Pan will Burn Out the Motor Tooo the Bearing,s Could be in trouble if not changed
if you have changed the distributor cap, rotor button, spark plug wires and plugs and you still dont have fire then its most likely your distributor.first check the fuses or relays if you have replaced those items.
I think at the minimum you have a blown head gasket. I am guessing you drove the car a considerable distance with not enough coolant and now you may have done extensive damage to the engine. I am guessing that if the engine still cranks, than the head is warped to an extent where there is not enough compression to support combustion.
This is not good . With that much oil in that amount of time. Unless there is a cloud of smoke so thick coming out of the tail pipe you cannot see through it, There must be an external oil leak. If you look under your Honda and there is oil all over the underside it will be necessary to locate the general area of the leak to pin point the problem area. Starting with the oil filter and drain plug. You may need help with that.
check oil dip stick for water/antifreeze and radiator for oil in antifreeze but usually alot of white smoke-steam from tailpipe usually indicates head gasket blue smoke means oil black smoke carbon
hummm, lets see here. you had plug wires stolen and you put new ones back on the vehicle. sounds like you may have gotten the firing order out of place. for a 4cyl the firing order will be 1-3-4-2. so as you look at the distrubutor, # 1 cyl should be going to the plug closest to the drive belts. and then 2 next and so on....
the way to tell where #1 cyl on distrubutor is.. "bump" over the starter until you see a white mark on the belt pulley line up with the marker on the timing belt cover. when you get that done. remove the distrubutor cap and look at which plug wire i's pointing to... it should be #1.... if not you have a firing order problem, (check all other wire orders... ) start with that plug wire being # one and then next (don't remember which way this engine goes clockwise or counter clockwise) but make sure the next in line is 3, and then 4, and then 2..... got it? ...... good luck and hope this helped.
