Common problem on 986/996-987/997 models causing missfires on various cylinders is the insulation on the ignition coils cracks open due to the temp changes and when affected by moisture ie raining/damp weather will produce missfires. Easy to replace they are bolted directly to the camcover on top of each spark plug held on by two small allen screws.
The problem detected is basically multiple misfire , the misfire emission is just a consequence of the misfire.
Misfire can be caused by many problems, concerning spark, fuel, compression, and timing .
If misfire is always on same cylinders , this should not be related any timing problem.
You can start checking the sparks plugs and replacing them, also check
the air intake and replace the filter, particularly if misfire happens
at cold engine condition.
Regarding the spark plugs check also the wirings to the spark plugs , this are common cause for this problem.
If servicing the spark plugs does not fix the problem, check injectors, and ruen a fuell pressure and compression test at a qualified garage.
Hello, These codes are telling you that you have two cylinders missing. Cylinders 2 and 5 are misfiring. Code 62 is telling you of the misfires. You will either need a tune up or either you may have a fuel problem. Please rate my answer, Thank you.

Most probably bad spark plugs or distributor cap.
You need to start from checking plugs, wires, distributor cap, ingnition control modul. Very first and cheap solution check the injectors by using fuel injectro cleaner.
Good Luck
Misfire :-------- try checking your 02 sensors /fuel pump and filter.
for 51 cylinder misfire :---
Change the coil. Period. Very easy to remove from the vehicle if it's a 4 cyl. Follow that spark plug wire from the spark plug to the other end. What it's attached to you should replace
for 54 cylinder 5 misfire :---First you have to eliminate the most obvious problems, like spark plug and spark plug wire. If you replace those and you still have a misfire, then it's a good idea to look for a vacuum leak in the intake manifold
