One fan is for the a/c it will cycle on when the a/c is turned on the other fan should be linked to the temperature sensor. check your fuses if you haven't already. then check your temp sensor. i'm not sure on a honda but most newer cars have multiple sensors so you will have to find out which on is for the fan. also you need to find out if the fan is controled by a pcm as some new model cars have almost everything controled through the powertrain control module

On my 2001 Honda Accord EX, the cooling fans will not come on when the air conditioner is turned on and it will not cool. What is causing this?

sounds like an air conditioning issue if your only complaint is the fans not coming on when air conditioning is used. you need to have the a/c sys checked out to see if you have a leak or perhaps refrigerant may be low. sometimes you may have a compressor that no longer works so the system may not be building up pressure so the pressure switch does not cycle the fans.

Air conditioner condenser and radiator fan stays on in 1999 honda accord

It is normal (required) for the condenser fan to continuously run while the ac is operating. It is like that on almost every vehicle.

I replaced the radiator in my 98 accord lx. but now the fan(s) wont come on while idleing.

Remember that fans activate only after the threshold temperature has been reached. The air conditioner will trip the small fan at any temp. There is a possibility that the temp sensor attached to the radiator was not properly reconnected, or that the sensor itself ceased to operate.

Honda accord v6 air bleed valve, where is it

After 1995, Honda stop using the coolant bleed screw.

Just run the engine with radiator cap off for 30 minutes, keeping the
coolant level topped of.

You should hear the fan come on 2-3 times.

Replace cap and make sure overflow tank is at "hot" level.
Hope this helps, James Booth

Dual radiator fans not working

it might be the fan fuses, or just the fans them selves went bad

2005 Honda accord-air conditioner not working good and car overheating

Your car probably has two fans at the radiator, one is for the coolant and the other is for the a/c condenser. Find out which one stays on after you turn off your car after a normal trip, this fan is good. Check the fan that did not run, you may have to connect 12v directly to the connector of the non working fan, if it won't run with a direct connection, the fan motor is bad, if the fan does run, then find the fan switch and test or replace it, you can find information on testing a the Autozone.com site.

1996 HONDA ACCORD RUNNING HOT WHEN STOPPED AT REDLIGHTS

Check that your Radiator fan is operating. The reason that it heats up when stopped is that there is no air flow thru the radiator. When the car is moving there is air flowing thru the radiator (the car is basically cutting thru the air).
