SOURCE: I need instructions for lower ball joint removal

If your replacing ball joint anyway try this -
loosen nut the the point where it is just past the end of the bolt, then hit the nut to make everything come apart. The ball joint will be damaged, but if your replacing it anyway.....

SOURCE: when I turn the ignition the car makes a whirring sound.

The whirtting sound is indicative of the starter bendix not engaging. You may need a new starter solenoide or possible a new starter.

SOURCE: where is the power steering fluid in a 2005 buick

Depending on which pump they used ,if it is the pumpwith resivoir it would be on the belt side in the front .The cap will be a plain black cap.If it is the pump with an external resivoir it would be either on the firewall or mounted on the fender .It should have a black cap with power steering or power steering fluid written on it.I hope that helps a little bit.

I am working on a 2005 Nissan murano passenger side cv joint axle removal. I have taken out the three bolts that hold the shaft into the transmission. I can not get the shaft out. Please help

Ok, go to your local auto parts store, rent an axle puller, or you can try a prybar.
The axle puller is a safer way to go. It looks like a dent puller or slap hammer.
Good Luck

How to replace ball joint

If the lower ball joint is riveted to the lower control arm you will be way better off replacing the entire control arm. They are available at your local parts store and are not that much more.

jack up the vehicle. remove the wheel, remove the nut from the ball joint. remove the stabilizer link from the lower control arm. strike the knuckle where the ball joint goes through with a large hammer until the ball joint separates from the knuckle. Remove the horizontal mounting bolt, remove the vertical mounting bolt, remove the lower control arm.

2005 buick rendezvou front passenger wheel wobeling after sharp right turn heard a popping sound

Is this vehicle front wheel drive..? If it is then you have a CV joint about to collapse !!! The CV or Constant Velocity joint allows the drive from the transmission to drive the wheel during turns. The joint is made up of balls and sockets and as the sockets wear, they elongate. Eventually, the balls try and lift out of the sockets and this is the popping sound you can hear.. Replace BOTH joints because if one has failed, the other one will too. If you don't replace them, they can snap and you may lose control and crash !!! Replacing them is relatively easy. Remove the drive shaft from the transmission or gearbox by releasing the large nut at the outer side of the disk rotor. release the upper ball joint which will allow you to pull the shaft out of the rotor and the transmission. The joint is held onto the shaft by an internal circlip and a good tug on the joint will allow it to slide off the shaft. Refit the new joint and refit the shaft. Make sure the nut at the rotor end is TIGHT!!!! and make sure you refit the locking pin if it has one..
