I have been hearing an annoying noise coming from what seems to be the front passenger wheel area. I can best describe it starting out like a clicking sounding kind of like the wheel on Wheel of Fortune. It sped up and slowed down with my speed. So I assume it coincides with my wheel turning. I took it to two different mechanics and they say they couldn't hear the noise. Over the past month it has gotten worse now to a rattling. I have already gotten the sway bars, ball joints, tie ends done.

Have a mechanic check lower control arm bushing at the rear of the control arm.It is a horizontal bushing retained by a vertical bolt clamping it to frame. The tire will move more forward and back more than it should during braking. canuck mechanic.

If the tires are wearing normal then its not the ball joint. If it worse while turning one way and quieter turning the other way it a wheel bearing. A ball joint does'nt make a constant noise.
SOURCE: front suspension rattles
It could be, but check shock bushings, control arm bushings, sway bar and brackets. There are anumber of things that can cause a rattle. The first thing to be done is jack the truck up mput it on stands and start checking before replaceing parts. Pay close attention to shocks bushings and anything rubber.
