Do you have your owners manual? If you do, there should be some info available for the location of the fuse box and a description and ratings of the fuses and relays.
Sometimes the fuse box cover will also provide this information.
The first place to start your trouble shooting is to look for a tell tale dash indicator alert for potential fault codes.
Does your A/C compressor come on when you select A/C?
How do you know you have adequate A/C coolant pressure?
Have you checked for a broken or missing belt? If your vehicle uses
multiple belts instead of a serpentine belt (which drives all of the accessories.)
