Computer Froze! I was viewing a few sites at once and my computer froze and I couldn't even log off What should I do? Help!

Shut it off ,then turnn it back on and do a disk scan ,disk clean,defrag ,ect.ect.

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. Have you changed the transmission filter recently? If not, you may need to. When you say it froze up in drive, are you referring to the vehicle was in drive and not catching?

How can I thaw frozen heater coil hoses?

If your heater core hoses are frozen you should immediately drain the coolant out of your radiator and engine and refill it with the proper mixture. Your lucky if your heater core lines are the only thing that froze, it could have popped a freeze plug or two out of the block. You could use a hair dryer or heat gun if you need to unfreeze it quickly.

Hood release froze

if the cable is indeed froze then you need to grab the cable somehow near the latch at hood and twist it until it pops open once that is done you need to replace the cable
