If you Google your codes one by one, they will display meaning, possible problems and how to repair.

2001 s10 crew cab the trans slips the code is

When a transmission slips & you continue to use it,
you burn the clutches & it has to come out & be rebuilt

The PO758 is Solenoid B inside the trans pan

If that trans is original from 2001, don't waste your time
with the solenoid, rebuild it,once they slip your done,
unless the vehicle is only a couple years old & you
come home immediately when you notice slipping
& get to work on solenoids

O2 buick will not shift forward gears

They are located inside the transaxle side cover
& not easy to get to

No way to know why you have the codes

You need diagnostic charts to see what the codes
are for

Given the trans maybe from 2002 I doubt anything
but a rebuild will help

A trans shop will try & sell you that & they may be
correct,on a guess I may add

I once owned such a shop so I know the life of a trans
& the routine.

If it was mine I wouldn't do the solenoids, even if it
was the answer

I would install a GM Cert Trans
You could rebuild yours also
