2005 Audi TT Master Fuse location

2005 Audi TT convertible while driving the car both headlights went off, ABS light came on, power windows stopped working, central locking system won't work; yet the car still runs. I could not find a location for the main fuse system or a fusible link. All of the fuses in the interior fuse box are good. Any help with the location of a master fuse box .

Had a similar problem audi come into my shop.  No headlights, blower motor would not work, wipers would not work.  After dinking around found ignition switch wires had burn't up.  Remove top steering column by taking out two very small philips screws from under column.  Look at top LH side of column w/ top cover removed.  Probably will find wires burnt up.

If you find wires that have "shorted", it's because they have "chafed" against something that caused the wires to "short" . This condition must be corrected. A fuse should have "blown" before this condition occured. Do you smell anything like plastic burning anywhere?

I have a 2000 Audi TT Quattro (180). Both my ABS and ESP light were on. I took it to my local garage who replaced a front wheel sensor which eliminated the ABS light. After a 30 mile drive the ESP light...

Check bearing and joint/knuckle on every wheel and even on the drive shafts, if there is lack/knocking, that could cause abs and esp light, because sensor doesnt give right information and ecu only records sensor fault but doesnt say why the infromation is wrong.
They changed the sensor but didnt solve the cause!!!

Exclamation point in circle light on

Hi, Sounds like your abs braking system is at fault. The light would normally flicker when traction (tyres loosing grip with the road) is lost, Then as regained the light should go back out, however you have a sensor on each wheel either one of those may have packed in or your main ABS control unit under the bonnet may be at fault or on the way out. Also it may be your traction control switch that could be at fault. Hope this helps.
