Could possibly be the anti theft system failing and disabling the starter. VERY common on 90's GMs

SOURCE: What is the llocation of a fuel pump for a1988 buick park avenue

Commonly submerged in the fuel tank. Some require the removal of the bottom rear seat, others need entire tank dropped to access.
If memory serves, you will need to drop the tank to access on the P.Ave.
Save yourself some time and pop off the rear seat just to be sure.

SOURCE: Heater Core Replacement for 1986 Buick Electra Park Ave

there is no easy way to change out a heater core...you have to take the bottom part of the dash loose and that takes some doing. once you get the bottom of the dash apart you will see the heater core.then you have to go under the hood and unhook both water lines that run to it, you should then be able to pull the heater core out and install the new one

SOURCE: 1997 park ave battery dies over night

I just posted my experience in another place on this site but on my 1992 PA the accessories relay stuck closed. This relay is the one that allows you to listen to the radio etc and keep things on until you open the door then all shuts off. When it is stuck closed accessories keep running until your battery drains dead. The relay was replaced and all worked great.

SOURCE: 92 buick park ave security light on car wont start

Someone put the wrong key (resistor value) in the ignition lock, you will have to disconect the battery for 3 min. Make sure you have the right key. Very important! Make sure the climate control is off before disconecting/conecting the battery.

I have a 94 Buick Park Avenue that won't start, not even try.turns over well, battery good, new ECM, doesn't seem like it's firing. Please help. Any suggestions?

Put a spark tester on the plug wire and see if you are getting fire to the plugs. Check to see if the fuel pump is running when you turn the key on. Check the fuel filter from the fuel pump to make sure it is not plugged. You can put a small amount of fuel in the throttle body by spraying it in and see if it starts. Check the catalytic converter to see if it is plugged.

I have a buick park avenue 1997 how do i get it to start iv tryed a new battriey and all the lights and raido still work the engine wont cut on when i try to turn it on but it will chug and make a spit...

Have you checked the fuel relay fuse. under the hood? It will do that very thing. It may very well be your fuel pump also. I would start with the cheapest method and go from there.

Is there a starter fuse on a 86 buick park ave

May be a starter fuse - but if blown, starter will not rotate engine. More likely a fuel starvation problem. Replace fuel filter in gas line - first choice. Next, have fuel pump pressure checked. If it has failed, you will get 4 -5 seconds of engine run before stopping.

89 Buick Park Ave with no power going to the fuel pump and no spark at the spark plugs.

Check your ignition switch - not the cylinder but the switch located under the dash on the steering column. You should hear an eletric click when you turn the key.
