The radio and clock on 2008 Suzuki swift will go off and come back on a week or so later and the time would be right

fuse bad, to it or just loose.
if not bad wire from fuse to radio
or radio bad.
or ground to radio bad, unlikely do to not forgetting time and stations
the radio has 2 power wires, main power, and memory
main power is the failure here.

if it goes dead, check for 12vdc key on, to radio power pin first.

Reset check engine light

Do you know what the stored trouble code is? If you have found that out already, the usual way to reset the light is to remove the ECU main fuse for about 30 sec. Disconnecting the battery will do it too, but that will wipe out the presets and the PIN code entry in your radio as well. Very inconvenient that.

Suziki verner car

pin, ?
as in electrical pin numbers.
or as in
P.I.N, as in personal id number? that is a password .

if a P.I.N , this is set by the last owner, not the factory
the car came with no radio PW set. (RTM) stock radio .
so ask the last owner.
the radio manual states this.
and states there is no reset.
after all, if you could just reset it? then it makes all this protection just window dressing.
state what you did, and what you say,
what car, brand and what radio is in car, original or after market radio. what is verner.?

Maintenace required light on how i turned it of after i did the maintenace already and light still on

Hi Guillermothe,

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I know with older vehicles the light needs to be reset. In older vehicles all you have to do is disconnect the battery for 30 minutes, reconnect and you're good to go.

But, you're driving a newer vehicle, this may effect your car alarm, or even your radio.

Hope I've helped, don't forget to rate.
