SOURCE: MISFIRING ON CYLINDER 1 VW POLO 1.4 3CYLINDER
I have changed a few cylinder heads under warranty for this type of problem. The exhaust valve guides wear, this causes the exhaust valve to seat badly, giving low compression. if one cylinder compresion reading is more than about 50 psi below the others, then this warrants head removal. It is quite a job, due to the fact that the camshft id chain driven. If you are up for it then once the head is removed, poor liquid into the exhaust ports and see if it leaks out through any of the exhaust valves.
SOURCE: car overheating, fan not kicking in, changed fan
REPLACE THE THERMOSTAT.FAN NOT KICKING IN CHECK FAN FUSE AND RELAY.ALSO BAD COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR WILL CAUSE NO FAN OPERATION IF FAULTY.

I know what is grounding or Why????
A/C compressor COIL is broken!
As this coil works with static energy, once broken, the voltage gets through the compressor body.
I think that's most posible cause. Hope this helps and good luck!

firstly i think you have overcharged the Ac system as the most it should hold is 650 grms for this system on this model ,if too much gas it will click in and out and slow the engine down ,as for the gauge readings then renew the sensor its on the housing at the front in the plastic housing ,depending on year and model this is where most are ,but some later models have a sensor at the back of the head left side from front
