This is a trouble code for the "Input Speed Sensor" on the transmission. Fixing it will depend on where it is mounted on the transmission housing and if there were any other trouble codes listed at the same time. Some sensors are mounted on top of the transmission housing making it Very difficult to get to.

P1715 is the primary speed sensor input signal. Have you changed the speed sensor?
